Enquiry form and uploaded documents
Data you provide in the enquiry form is processed solely to handle your request. Uploaded documents are deleted no later than six months after the assignment is completed or declined, subject to statutory retention periods. Where documents contain special categories of personal data under Art. 9 GDPR, processing is based on your explicit consent.
Fonts
Fonts are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google or other third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under Art. 15 to 21 GDPR, and may withdraw consent at any time. The competent supervisory authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf.
